“They don’t do ANYTHING to your dogs. I have a Flat coated retriever who needed a bath really bad and a french bulldog who also came along for it. The fur under my retrievers collar was the same texture from when I first took him as if they either didn’t take his collar off for the bath or they just didn’t do ANYTHING to him. They didn’t even trim the overgrown fur in his paws. NOT TO MENTION HOW RIDICULOUSLY LONG IT TOOK. I had called after 3 hours of them being there and they start telling how my dog soiled himself and that it would take longer?? Why couldn’t you call me to tell me that it was going to take longer?? And after everything was done and said my frenchie was not given the full service or maybe not any service at all, he had a lot of ear wax and in the service they provide it clearly states that they clean their ears, what do you know they didn’t even touch his ears. For the price, the amount of time, and no effort that was put into my dogs I would not be coming back and I suggest for the people who are thinking of bringing their dogs to rethink as well. The fact that I saw a small shitzu getting shaved down with such force and the yelling at the dogs from the back room should be enough to reconsider. I had to pay 28$ for my frenchie, almost 80 for my 5 month old retriever for an absolute horrible job and to not even have his paws trimmed. They also have a sour attitude towards negative reviews, as you can see they only respond to bad reviews and only ever give sass or tell the customer it’s their fault. I own a business and this is not how bad reviews should be approached. Instead maybe tell people you will do better, as your business really needs it. For constructive criticism maybe start by calling your customers and telling them that it will take longer or updating them on the dogs. Start actually giving amazing service rather than a half/ no effort. I have taken my dog to groomers and they always do such an amazing job, I’m disappointed and you will be too.”
